Typhoon Nepartak, known in the Philippines as Typhoon Butchoy, and is the most intense tropical cyclone in 2016 in terms of minimum pressure.
尼伯特在2016年7月2日才生成、翌晨獲得命名。2016年第1個同時達到中國國家氣象中心及香港天文臺之「超強颱風」、臺灣中央氣象局之「強烈颱風」和聯合颱風警報中心之「超級颱風」強度的熱帶氣旋，屬最少近60年以來最強的風暴。
