瑪旁雍錯，是世界上平均海拔最高的淡水湖，位於中國西藏普蘭縣境內。
Lake Manasarovar is a freshwater lake in the Tibet Autonomous Region, 940 kilometres (580 mi) from Lhasa. To the west of it is Lake Rakshastal; to the north is Mount Kailash.
