藝術家的饗宴　

高雄燈會藝術節（Kaohsiung Lantern Festival）由高雄市政府主辦，於元宵節期間舉行大型燈會活動。

每年湧進700~900萬人以上的台灣大型活動，今年除了保留原有的傳統花燈及學生花燈競賽，第一次邀請許多藝術家集思廣益競選進駐。

高雄愛河，一向給人浪漫、綺麗的印象，加上高雄燈會行之有年，早已成為全國民眾每到農曆年間必攜家帶眷參與的活動，活動通常為期半個月以上，成為全臺最久的燈會。
