>> The spiritual power of poem 金雕瑪瑙清真寺,商賈四方帝國都。 詩:鄭鴻文 (Cheng Hung-Wen) Samarkand, alternatively Samarqand or Samarcand, is one of the oldest inhabited cities in Central Asia. 撒馬爾罕,中亞地區的歷史名城,也是伊斯蘭學術中心,現在是烏茲別克的舊都兼第二大城市、撒馬爾罕州的首府.十四世紀時為帖木兒帝國國都,這裡也是帖木兒陵墓的遺址Gur-e Amir所在地。Bibi-Khanym清真寺也是著名地標之一,Registan則是市區古老的中心。
